The Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) officially launched its Civility Counts
Project in May, 2009 and has had the month of May declared “International Civility Awareness
Month.’’ This event is now officially listed in Chase’s Calendar of Events, The Ultimate Go-to
Guide for Special Days, Weeks and Months.

      In Ottawa, at the request of the Protocol School of Ottawa,  the Mayor has declared
